Professional skills

To best prepare our young researchers for future careers, both within and outside academia, their professional skills and competencies need to be fostered. We therefore also organize courses on a large range of professional skills, e.g. on publishing in journals, giving presentations, acquiring third-party grants, research and project management, intercultural communication, conflict management and leadership skills.
